1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phpgreat ("phpgreat," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phpgreat.club ("the Platform"). • You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of phpgreat, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the phpgreat Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Philippines.

phpgreat reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on phpgreat. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phpgreat login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. phpgreat will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify phpgreat immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

phpgreat is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. The KYC process requires you to submit a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used. phpgreat may request additional documentation at its discretion. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification will have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is complete.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on phpgreat are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phpgreat supports the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your phpgreat account.

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your phpgreat account within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to process. phpgreat does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. phpgreat reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are typically processed within 24 hours. phpgreat is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.1 Anti-Money Laundering

phpgreat is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. phpgreat reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities and to freeze or close accounts involved in suspected money laundering activity. Players must not use the phpgreat Platform for any purpose other than legitimate entertainment gambling.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

phpgreat offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry dates.

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the promotion-specific terms. phpgreat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

phpgreat reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonus funds and any associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting promotional terms through low-risk betting strategies, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion.

6. Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the phpgreat Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the rules of a specific game, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

phpgreat uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for its virtual games and works exclusively with licensed game providers whose software is independently audited for fairness and randomness. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers using physical equipment subject to regular inspection.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, phpgreat will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its correct state. phpgreat reserves the right to void bets placed during a confirmed technical malfunction. phpgreat's decision on such matters is final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phpgreat Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Creating more than one account on phpgreat (multi-accounting).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional terms.
• Allowing a third party to access or use your phpgreat account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the phpgreat Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements, is the property of phpgreat or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the phpgreat Platform without the prior written consent of phpgreat. Unauthorized use of phpgreat's intellectual property may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phpgreat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if phpgreat has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

phpgreat's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. phpgreat does not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

The phpgreat Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phpgreat makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. phpgreat does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and shall not be liable for any downtime caused by maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

phpgreat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, less any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements. phpgreat will not return funds to accounts closed due to confirmed fraud or Terms violations.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting phpgreat support via live chat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines.

phpgreat's decisions on matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status are final and binding, subject to any applicable regulatory review process. phpgreat will cooperate fully with any investigation conducted by a competent Philippine regulatory authority.
